The Warner-led team lowered the parking lot to improve views from
the entry, built a 10,000-square-foot spa with ten treatment rooms that
include four suites with fireplaces. The pool area too, came in for special
attention; Warner added an underwater stereo system and replaced the old
tiles with unique iridescent tiles (now called Tyles; he bought the company
that makes them), and protected by a four-foot-high brick-topped wall
surrounded by a 12-inch-deep lily pond that stretches all around the pool
