ew visual images are so universally recognized as that made famous by the Beach
Boys, who sang “I wish they all could be California Girls” in their 1965 hit song.
Although born two decades after the song first aired,
, 25, and
24, are two California girls who fit that image to a tee, or more appropriately, a bikini top.
They have spent much of their lives living by the beach, are more comfortable wearing
bikinis than virtually any other attire, and in tribute to their favorite article of clothing
have launched a bathing-suit line called Acqua Sabbia (“water” and “sand” in Italian).
